# ¿Por qué mi acción ya tiene un valor nominal asignado?

## Todas las corporaciones deben establecer un valor nominal (par value) para cada acción emitida.

Este valor funciona como una referencia legal y contable, aunque no necesariamente coincide con el precio real de mercado.

En el futuro, la empresa puede emitir nuevos certificados de acciones con diferentes precios, siempre que se actualicen los documentos oficiales correspondientes, como las **Actas de Asamblea** y el **Libro de Acciones**.

Por esta razón, desde el inicio se fijó un valor nominal para tus acciones.
