# ¿Qué es el Certificado de Vigencia (Good Standing Certificate)?

## También conocido como Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Status o Certificate of Facts, este documento confirma que tu empresa está al día con las obligaciones estatales y ha realizado todos los pagos requeridos.

#### **Generalmente se solicita cuando:**

- Registras tu empresa como entidad extranjera en otro estado.
- Abres una nueva cuenta bancaria para tu negocio (los bancos suelen pedirlo como prueba de cumplimiento).

#### **Cómo obtenerlo**

**Globalfy** puede proporcionarte este certificado. Para contratar el servicio:

1. Ingresa a nuestro portal: [**app.globalfy.com**](http://app.globalfy.com)
2. Haz clic en **¨Mis Servicios¨ → ¨Contratar Nuevos Servicios¨**
3. Selecciona **“Certificado de Good Standing”**
