If the order was transported by FEDEX, UPS or DHL, our team can try to contact them to verify the where is the package or open a Claim. To do so, simply contact support@globalfy.com.
If the order was shipped through the USPS, you can only file a claim if the package is insured.
Otherwise, the company does not offer options for resolving the problem.
To reduce cases of product loss, we recommend:
- Add the signature on delivery option, so there will be confirmation that the package was actually delivered to the recipient. The cost to add this option to your USPS or UPS delivery is around $4.00.
- Using reliable carriers with better customer service such as Fedex, DHL and UPS so that, when needed, there is help in solving problems.
