When the container is shipped at the port, there is no need to do anything else from your part! Our Fulfillment team will proceed according to the following steps:

1) We wait for the broker or carrier to contact us for delivery;

2) We can receive the container 2 business day after their get in touch; For example: If the broker get in touch on Monday we'll receive the container on Thursday.

This way, as soon as the container arrives, you will be notified by us about the arrival =)
