To reship an order that has already been shipped, you must go to: https://globalfy.com/fulfillment/
After accessing the system, you will click on Orders -> Manage Orders - identify the order you want to resend, click on the order and on the right on "Actions" -> "ReShip".
After that, the order will be available in our system for us to resend. Remember that the order will not be duplicated but re-made/re-sent.
