If you suspect there has been an unauthorized charge in your card, please contact Visa Fraud Department immediately: +1 833-233-3282.

You can also block or cancel the card. Just access your account, click on Cards, then select the card you want to block, and click on "Block" or "Cancel". You should take this action immediately if you notice unauthorized activity on the card.

• If you Block your Card, you can reactivate it later on
• If you Cancel your Card, you cannot reactivate it afterwards. You will have to request a new card.

But if you are attempting to make a transaction and there is a Fraud Suspicion imposed by Visa, in this case you will receive a notification via email and SMS.

You have to follow the instructions on the email you received to have your transactions unblocked.

If for any reason you continue to have the transaction declined, you will also have to contact Visa on the same number: +1 833-233-3282.

The transactions can generate a Fraud Suspicion due to amount, merchant type, geographical location and other reasons. These alerts are for your own safety.
