If you wish to close your account, you can do so yourself at any moment.

The process is very easy and fast. You just have to login to your account, and on the left menu click on "Accounts".

After that, click on three dots on the right corner of the page, and you will see an option in red: "Close Bank Account".

You'll be asked to confirm your choice and that's all.

Please remember this action is not reversible, so make sure you really want to close your company's account before proceeding.

We recommend all customers who close their accounts willingly to move the funds beforehand.

But if your account is closed and there is any balance left greater than $1.00, these funds will be mailed to your business address via paper check. 

We reserve the right not to return the funds to you if the balance in your account is $1.00 or less.
