When you receive your physical card, you have to access your account and click on Activate.
The system will ask the information of the card (please remember to insert the expiration date in the format MM/YYYY) and then will request that you create a 4 digit password, which is the PIN of the card.
In case you have any problems on this step, try logging off and restarting the process.
If the problem persists, please take a printscreen of the error message you see and contact our Customer Support Team.

If the problem is with the virtual card, please try to cancel it and request another one. The virtual card is issued and activated immediately.
