You can request a Virtual and a Plastic Card.

For the Plastic Card, it is issued and mailed to your US Business Address. Shipping costs are paid for by VISA, so you have no costs for receiving your card.

It takes between 5 and 10 business days for the mail to deliver your card, and there is no tracking number for this correspondence.

If you would like to receive the card in your country of residency, there are two possibilities:👇

• If you have the Virtual Address service with Globalfy, the card will be delivered to our VA office. We will notify you via email that a new correspondence has arrived. You will need to access our Portal, and in the Mailroom Section you can coordinate the shipment of your mail to any address you'd like. Costs will be subject to your approval before process is completed.

• If you do not have virtual address with Globalfy, the debit card will be sent to the US Business Address we have on file. You will then need to coordinate the shipment of your card to your country of residency privately.

Why is there no tracking number for this correspondence?

Globalfy wanted to keep this process free of costs and as fast as possible for its customers!

The bank issues the card and sends it via Mail on weekly batches with almost no bureaucracy. It takes only a few clicks for you to issue your card, and you can receive it as quickly as in 5 days.

We do not provide a tracking number for this correspondence so we can keep the process free, simple and straight to the point.

If the mail is lost or returned because there was no one to receive it at the destination, the process to issue a replacement card is also free and very easy! You just have to contact our Customer Support team and they will coordinate the issuing of the replacement card immediately.

Another 05 to 10 business days and your replacement card will be delivered.
