First, you should block your card if you suspect it may have been cloned or anything like this.
In order for you to block your card, please access your account, click on Cards, select the card that you want, and click on Block.
Remember to click on block and not cancel, because if you cancel your card, you cannot reactivate it later on.
You can then review your bank statement for more details, and if you are certain that you don't recognize the debit, please call Visa Fraud Prevention Department in order to dispute the charge: +1 833-233-3282.
You can also cancel your card and request another one, but please note that virtual cards are activated immediately, and physical cards take up to 10 business days to be delivered.
