You can have both at the same time.

After you access your account, click on Cards and request the card you wish.

You can issue one virtual and one plastic card for each Team Member, and it's possible to add as many team members as you need to the account.

Remember the virtual card is activated immediately, and the plastic card takes 5 to 10 business days to be delivered.
