You can add/remove as many members as you wish in your company!
If the member is also a manager, it’s necessary to list him/her in the State's documents.
To request this change, you must log in at your Portal: portal.globalfy.com, click on “Company Amendment” and fill out the questionnaire according to the change you want. After that, you can pay for the services, and we will start to work on that!
If the partner is not a manager, it’s only necessary to list them in your Operating Agreement document.
Important: Changing from one member to two or more members, you will need to change your business structure from Disregarded Entity to Partnership in the IRS, and vice versa!
