How can I download my invoices on the Platform?

You can easily access and download your invoices directly from the Platform. Just follow the simple steps below to locate your orders and retrieve the corresponding invoice.

  1. Log in to your Platform: app.globalfy.com.

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to My Account and select Billing. You will see a list of all your orders.

  3. Click on any order marked as Completed or Refunded to open it.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the option to download the invoice.
