After logging in, from your left menu click on "Company Dissolution" and complete the form with your company's data. At the end, the system will show the value of the service and how to make the payment.
The time for dissolution with the state varies from state to state:
DE - 2-3 months normal processing/3-4 business days express processing (Express processing in Delaware has another cost, in case you want it, please notify us before contracting).
Florida - 7 business days.
New Mexico - 30 business days.
Wyoming-15-20 business days.
TX - 10 business days.
On the other hand, the cancellation process with the IRS can take 90-120 business days. This time cannot be advanced since it depends 100% on the government entity.
