How to update your Virtual Address in company records, EIN, and state filings

If you recently obtained a new Virtual Address, you may need to update it in your official documents. The procedure depends on the state where your company was incorporated:

  • Companies in Delaware: You only need to update the address with the IRS.

  • Companies in other states: You must update the address with both the State and the IRS.

How to request the change

  1. Log in to our platform: app.globalfy.com.

  2. Click on My Services → Hire New Services → Update company or members information.

  3. Complete the questionnaire according to the change you want to make.

  4. Make the payment, and we will begin processing the update.

Important Note

If you have subscribed to a plan with us to migrate your company to Globalfy, the amendment service is already included. In this case, you will not need to hire the update separately.
