The procedure depends on the state where your company was incorporated: - **Companies in Delaware:** You only need to update the address with the **IRS**. - **Companies in other states:** You must update the address with both the **State** and the **IRS**. --- ### **How to request the change** 1. Complete the questionnaire according to the change you want to make. 4.
