The **STARTER PLAN** contains: 

#### **The company formation process in the US:**

- LLC or Corp Registration (+ chosen state fees).
- EIN Application with the IRS.
- Post-Formation Documents Templates.

#### **For existing companies in the US, you can migrate your service and we will take care of the updates in the state and IRS for you.**

- State Amendment to update address and Registered Agent.
- IRS request to update address.

---

#### **You will also have access to:**

- Virtual Address with mail scanning.
- Registered Agent.
- Post-Formation Documents.
- Compliance Calendar.
