What is a Virtual Address?
- Unlike a PO Box, this address is valid for use with the IRS and other government institutions.
- You can also use it to receive mail, validate your Google account, open sales channels on marketplaces, payment methods, among others.
- With your virtual address, you can even open a bank account (It is accepted in some banks, so you should verify this information directly with the bank before applying to be sure).
To receive a mailing in it, simply share the address details provided in your welcome email, and everything you receive at the virtual address will be available on your business platform within 1 business day.
To access your virtual address and correspondence, you should:
Log in to your business portal: https://portal.globalfy.com/account/login/?r=%2F
Click on "Mailroom" from the left menu:
Here you will see your exact address and all the documents that have been received:
You can view the document and download it in PDF format by simply clicking on the file and "Download PDF".
If you wish to request forwarding, you can also do so to any country in the world and also within the United States.
To do this, click on the checkbox of the file you wish to receive:
Click on "Actions," and then "Request mail forwarding":
Once there, you will need to fill out a form with the destination information for the package, which must be completed in full to continue with the shipment:
You can choose the shipping method, and the payment method, and add additional notes if it is required for your delivery:
If the cost is higher than the approved, we will contact you by email to inform you of the options, within 2 business days after receiving your request.
The charge will be made to your payment method attached to your business portal.
Important:
- If you are in the process of forming your company, it is good to know that your address is already being used for the State registration and also the IRS registration. At this address, we will receive all your formation document papers.
- If you didn't purchase our virtual address, you will receive your documents at the particular address declared when you filed out our Globalfy formation forms.
- When using a virtual office, it is very important to always inform the complete "suite" and "office" number, since any document will be placed there.
Other important information:

📌 Finally, you cannot receive boxes or products at this address, as this service is intended only for mail reception. If any type of package is sent, different from mailing, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
