Why do CORP members don’t need to have ITIN?

Because Corporations don't need to file Individual Tax Returns!

As the ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) is a number required only for foreign Individuals who file taxes in the United States, members of Corporations don’t qualify as the taxation at the individual level will only be when the company shares its profits with the shareholders.

What may happen is that some marketplaces, banks, or platforms request the ITIN when opening accounts. But remember that the sole and main purpose of an ITIN is identification before the IRS, to carry out tax processes.
