# Por que minha ação já tem um valor nominal?

## Toda sociedade anônima precisa atribuir um valor nominal (par value) a cada ação emitida.

Esse valor funciona como uma referência legal e contábil, mesmo que não corresponda ao preço real de mercado das ações.

No futuro, a empresa pode emitir novos certificados de ações com valores diferentes, desde que atualize os documentos oficiais, como as **Atas de Reunião** e o **Livro de Registro de Ações**.

Por isso, suas ações já possuem um valor nominal pré-determinado.
