Failure to complete this process may result in penalties, and in some cases, the state may even move to dissolve your company for non-compliance. --- For your convenience, you can use **Globalfy services** to handle the filing of this report on your behalf. ### **How to File Through Globalfy** 1. You may also choose to hire our **Tax Season service** using the same form. --- ### **When Should I File the Annual Report?** The filing deadline depends on the state where your company is registered. Below are the key dates: | **State** | **Deadline** | | --- | --- | | **Florida** | May 1st | | **Delaware** | June 1st (LLC) / March 1st (Corporation) | | **Wyoming** | Company’s anniversary (Due on the 1st day of the anniversary month) | | **Texas** | May 15th | | **New Mexico** | 15th day before the 3rd month after fiscal year-end (Corporations only) | ---   #### **Important Note** If you are subscribed to the **Essential** or **Scale** plan, this service is already included in your package (excluding the state filing fee).
