You can add/remove as many shareholders as you wish!
If the shareholder will be a manager, it’s necessary to list them in the State and also update the Minutes of Organizational Meeting, Stock Ledger, and Bylaws documents.
To request this change, you must log in at your Portal: portal.globalfy.com, click on “Company Amendment” and fill out the questionnaire according to the change you want. After that, you can pay for the services, and we will start to work on your request!
However, if you only want to add a shareholder but not a manager, you only need to change the Minutes of Organizational Meeting, Stock Ledger, and Bylaws documents.
