What is an Amendment?

An Amendment is an official change to the company’s public records. It is used whenever you need to update information previously registered with the state or the IRS.

When to request an Amendment?

You can request an amendment to:

• Change the company name.
• Add or remove members/shareholders.
• Update the company address.
• Change the Registered Agent.

How to Hire with Globalfy

To update your company or member information through Globalfy:

1. Log in to our platform: app.globalfy.com

2. In the left-hand menu, click: 

   • My Services → Hire New Services → Update Company or Members Information

3. Fill out the form with the required details.
