Can multiple users share the same email address on the Globalfy's platform?

Some customers prefer to centralize all company communications under a single shared email address. While we understand this preference, our platform requires each member to have an individual email address rather than a shared company email.

This requirement helps ensure compliance with tax regulations, protects sensitive information, and maintains the security of each user's account.

Why is an individual email address required?

Due to our tax processes, each member must have their own email address for tax-related communications, documents, and signature requests for the following reasons:

Privacy & Regulatory Compliance

Certain tax documents, such as Form 1040-NR, contain sensitive personal information. To comply with IRS requirements and protect each member's privacy, these documents must be delivered directly to the registered email address of the corresponding individual.

Platform Access & Account Security

Each user account is linked to a unique email address. This allows us to:

  • Protect account access and personal information.
  • Maintain secure authentication and account recovery.
  • Ensure documents and notifications are delivered to the correct recipient.
  • Support our internal security and compliance processes.

How can I centralize company information?

If you'd still like to centralize general company communications, you can designate one account as the primary account for your business.

Anyone with access to this account will be able to review:

  • Company progress and general updates
  • Corporate documents
  • Business filings, such as Annual Reports and Business Tax Returns

For other owners, managers, or members, our team can create individual accounts using their personal email addresses. Documents and updates that are specific to each person—especially tax-related information—will be shared through their respective accounts.
