Currently, the only Plans that cover the Annual report (also called Franchise Tax and State Renewal), and the Tax season services, are the Essential and Scale Plan.
If you currently have one of the plans mentioned above, we will automatically start the process for both operations, however, you will still need to pay the state fee for the annual report as this isn’t included in any of the plans.
It may happen that, depending on the structure of your company, some more specific obligation will be necessary, and could not be covered by our plans, in which case, our team will contact you to let you know and make the charge.
Important: Please keep in mind that Individual Income Tax must be hired separately, except for the Disregarded Entities of Essential and Scale plan, which are already included. So if after filling out the form the system indicates that you need to hire the individual income tax as well, please proceed with the hiring.
