Getting Started with Globalfy

This guide walks you through the essentials of Globalfy, from registering your company to accessing the platform for the first time. It highlights the main features, the services included in your plan, and the key obligations of your company. With these steps, you’ll be ready to manage your company efficiently and with confidence! 


Company Registration Steps

The company formation process will be completed in the following stages:

  1. Company registration with the State.
  2. Issuance of the EIN with the IRS (estimated timeframe: 15-25 business days).
  3. Receipt of the official company documents.


First Login

To set up your Globalfy’s account, open app.globalfy.com and click on Forgot Password to create your access credentials.


Platform Main Features!

  1. Company Documents: once the Business Formation has been completed, we will upload the following
    1. For LLCs: EIN Letter, Certificate of Formation/Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement.
    2. For Corps: EIN Letter, Certificate/Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws.
  2. Compliance Calendar: access the calendar to view the due dates of your company’s main obligations – Annual Renewal and Tax Return.
  3. Bank Accounts: after your company is officially registered, you can open a U.S. bank account directly from the platform.
    1. Note: if you choose Mercury, you apply to a bank account before the EIN is issued, using only the signed SS4 form.
  4. Mailroom: here you will find all correspondence received for your company in the Virtual Address.
    1. Note: to activate this service, click on Activate Mailroom and complete the form. For more details, please refer to the related article.
  5. My Services – Hire New Services: in addition to the services included in your plan, you can contract additional services, such as:
    1. Company amendment.
    2. Certificate of Good Standing.
    3. DBA Registration.
    4. Sales Registration and Resale Certificate.
    5. ITIN application.
    6. Company Dissolution/Cancelation

  • Complete all requested information in the platform.
    The details you provide help us properly form your company, keep your records updated, and comply with legal requirements.

  • Pay attention to our emails.
    We will always notify you if we need any documents, signatures, or additional information from your side.

  • Review and sign the SS-4 form.
    Your signature is required so we can proceed with the EIN application.

  • Activate your Mailroom.
    Go to Mailroom → Activate Mailroom in your dashboard to enable your correspondence room and receive official documents.
