It depends on the state where your company was incorporated in!
If your company is from Delaware, it will be necessary to change only at the IRS.
But if your company is from any other state, it will be necessary to change it at the State and the IRS.
To request this change, you must log in at your Portal: portal.globalfy.com, click on “Company Amendment” and fill out the questionnaire according to the change you want to do it. After that, you can pay for the services and we will start to work on that!
