Depending on the state, your Annual Report should be presented before the following dates after the company's creation:
Annual Report Due Dates:
- Florida - May 1st.
- Delaware - June 1st (LLC) March 1st (CORP).
- Wyoming - Company's anniversary (Due date: 1st day of the anniversary month).
- Texas - May 15th.
- New Mexico - 15th day before the 3rd month after fiscal year-end (only CORPs).
