Once you hire the plan, you will have an option in your business portal to schedule tax consultancy calls with your bookkeeper, these calls are unlimited to Scale customers. And you can access them, by going to the “Tax consultancy” field on the left side menu of your portal.
On the other hand, the customers with the Essential plan, can also have access to 1 consultancy call with a tax specialist per year. To schedule your call, you must follow the same steps mentioned above.
And lastly, customers that don’t have any of these plans and aren’t interested in upgrading, but need a consultancy call, are also able to hire a one time call with us. This call has a value of $250 and lasts one hour. You can get in touch with our customer support team to help@globalfy.com, and request for the payment link to hire the consultancy call.
